...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM MDT WEDNESDAY...
...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
  20 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as
  low as 24 possible.

* WHERE...In Colorado, Grand Valley. In Utah, Arches/Grand Flat and
  Southeast Utah.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 8 AM MDT Wednesday. For the
  Freeze Watch, from late Wednesday night through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
