...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING
TO 3 PM CST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation late this evening and overnight, but
  eventually change to snow by dawn Saturday. Total snow
  accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations around
  one tenth of an inch are expected. A localized 4 inch snow amount
  is possible, most between Columbus and York. the light freezing
  drizzle will result in a light glaze on surfaces later in the
  evening. By late morning Saturday, winds will gust as high as 45
  mph causing blowing snow through the afternoon and periods of
  reduced visibility.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and south central
  Nebraska.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 3 PM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road
conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while

* WHAT...A mixture of light freezing drizzle, light freezing rain
  eventually changing to light snow is expected later this evening,
  overnight through midday Saturday. While snow amounts will be
  generally range from a trace to about 2 inches, a light glaze is
  possible before the snow accumulates. Stronger northwest winds
  will develop later Saturday morning and gust to 45 mph causing
  some blowing snow.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Nebraska.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 3 PM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, may become

  Saturday. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches and ice
  accumulations up to a tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as
  40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Iowa and east central, northeast,
  and southeast Nebraska.

* WHEN...The greatest chance of light freezing rain and sleet mixing
  with snow
  is this evening. Snow and blowing snow tonight into Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery hazardous road conditions and reduced
  visibility.
