...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Ice accumulations generally less than or up
  to one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...In Arkansas, Hempstead, Howard, Nevada, and Sevier
  Counties. In Oklahoma, McCurtain County.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Prepare for slippery road conditions especially across
  bridges and overpasses. The hazardous conditions will impact some
  Monday morning commutes north of I-30.
