possible.

* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may

mainly snow is expected, with total accumulations between 6 and 12
inches. Blowing and drifting snow may occur. South of Interstate
40, mainly sleet is expected, mixing with snow and freezing rain.
Total sleet and snow accumulations between 4 to 8 inches. Freezing
rain of up to 0.25 inches may occur across far southeast Oklahoma.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and east
central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma.
* WHEN...From noon Friday to Sunday afternoon.
