...Wind Chill Values Hit The 15 Degree Mark Close To Sunrise...

Another cold night is in store for the Hill Country and portions
of the southern Edwards Plateau. Lows are forecast to drop into
the upper teens and lower 20s. Wind chill values are forecast to
hit the 12 to 15 degree mark for a few hours between 5 AM CST and
8 AM CST Wednesday. If planning to be outside during these hours,
we recommend a ha, gloves, face mask, and insulated shoes to keep you
warm.
