  Nueces, Inland Refugio, Inland San Patricio, Jim Wells, Live Oak,
  McMullen, Victoria, and Webb Counties.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 11 AM CST this morning. For
  the Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
