* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Allen County in southeastern Kansas...
  Neosho County in southeastern Kansas...
  Northeastern Wilson County in southeastern Kansas...
  Woodson County in southeastern Kansas...

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 112 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
    in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Chanute, Iola, Humboldt, Yates Center, Erie, St. Paul, La Harpe,
    Gas, Neosho Falls, Galesburg, Savonburg, Elsmore, Stark, Earlton,
    Bassett, Petrolia, Iola Airport and Chanute Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
