FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Expect sustained winds up to 20 knots from the
  northwest with gusts up to 28 knots. The largest significant
  waves will be 2 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 3
  feet.

* WHERE...In Lake St Clair, Lake St Clair. In Lake Erie,
  Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape
  MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 AM EST Friday
  with the largest waves expected around 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
