* WHEN...From 1 AM EST /midnight CST/ to 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Some water on low lying roads and property along the
  lakeshore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Residents on or near the shore should take appropriate action to
protect property from rising water levels.
