This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Thunderstorms are likely to develop over western Lake Superior
this afternoon and evening. A few storms along the South Shore
could be strong, capable of producing gale force winds, hail up an
inch, and frequent lightning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Several chances of thunderstorms are forecast this week.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Thunderstorms are expected once again this afternoon and evening,
affecting areas from the Brainerd Lakes east through the
Interstate 35 corridor and northwest Wisconsin. A few storms may
be strong to severe, capable of producing hail up to one and a
half inches and damaging winds. Heavy rainfall may lead to ponding
or localized flash flooding.

Wildfire smoke will linger today and tonight. Please refer to the
latest Air Quality Alerts for Minnesota and Wisconsin for more
details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Additional thunderstorm chances are forecast through the end of
the week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotters will likely be needed this afternoon and
evening, mainly for areas along and southeast of a line from
Brainerd to the Twin Ports.

northern and western Upper Michigan today with Marginal Risks
(level 1 of 5) of both hazards for the rest of the UP.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

There is a level 1 of 5 risk for severe thunderstorms for
portions of west central Minnesota this afternoon. Hazards could
include damaging wind gusts and hail. Threat though is dependent
on location of front, and threat area may end up being farther
south.

Exception to this is southeast Grant County MN where there is a
level 2 out of 5 risk for severe thunderstorms this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outside of central Minnesota, afternoon heat index values will
increase into the middle to upper 90s, resulting in dangerous heat
levels for those active outdoors for a prolonged period of time.

Numerous thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening.
Scattered severe thunderstorms will be possible across western
and central Minnesota into northwest Wisconsin. Large hail and
damaging wind gusts will be the primary threats. In addition,
locally heavy rainfall could lead to areas of flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible this morning
across far northern Wisconsin. These storms are not expected to be
severe.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected late this afternoon through
tonight over northern Wisconsin. A few storms may be severe
this evening over north-central Wisconsin. Damaging winds and
large hail will be the main severe hazards, with heavy rain also
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Additional thunderstorms are expected Wednesday and Wednesday
evening. There is a risk for severe storms along with heavy
rainfall.

There are on and off chances for thunderstorms from Saturday
through early next week. It is too early to determine if or when
any severe storms are possible.

Spotters are requested to report any wind damage or hail to the
National Weather Service in Green Bay.
