* WHAT...Southwest winds for both today and Sunday are expected to
  be sustained around 30 mph with gusts around 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of Central and South Central Kansas.

* WHEN...From 10 am to 8 pm today and Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
