  with gusts up to 75 mph possible.

* WHERE...North Snowy Range Foothills.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 9 AM MST Wednesday. For
  the Extreme Cold Warning, until 11 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures. Mainly to transportation. Strong
  cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile
  vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing snow possible late tonight
  through Tuesday with visibilities as low as a half mile at times.
