...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
  3 and 5 inches, with locally higher amounts of 6 or 7 inches
  possible where the snow bands are most persistent. Winds gusting
  between 30 and 40 mph at times.

* WHERE...Cameron and Elk Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
  commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will be tonight and Friday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
also vary greatly. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather,
visibility, and road conditions.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

* WHERE...Forest and Venango Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult in the region. The hazardous
  conditions will impact Thanksgiving and Black Friday travel.
