* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulation between 3 and 6
  inches across the higher terrain. The lowest valleys including
  Williamsport will see a coating to 2 inches of snow accumulation.

* WHERE...Montour, Northumberland, Southern Lycoming, and Union
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches, bringing
  totals into the 3 to 7 inch range across the highest terrain.

* WHERE...Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties.
  The greatest accumulations will fall across the highest terrain,
  with much less accumulation across the valleys and close to Lake
  Erie.

* WHEN...Until noon EST today.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.

  Virginia, Western Mineral County.
