  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* WHAT...South to southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50
  mph expected.

* WHERE...Chautauqua County. The strongest winds will be found along
  the Lake Erie shore just northwest of the Chautauqua Ridge.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power isolated outages may
  result. Travel in high profile vehicles will be impacted,
  particularly on the New York State Thruway where gusty crosswinds
  will occur.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
