...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding is possible along Fishing Creek, near and upstream
  of its confluence with the Susquehanna River, due to an ice jam.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  county, Dauphin.

* WHEN...Until 300 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 926 AM EST, emergency management reported water backing up
    due to an ice jam in the area of Fort Hunter. Minor flooding
    may begin shortly.
  - The threat for flooding appears to be limited to near Fort
    Hunter for the time being.
