Including the cities of Hendricks, Donegal, Ligonier, Saint
George, Coopers Rock, Terra Alta, Bruceton Mills, Parsons,
Ohiopyle, Hazelton, Rowlesburg, Champion, and Kingwood

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 13
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult
  to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday
  morning and evening commutes.
