Thunderstorms are likely to move from west to east across the region
Wednesday evening into the overnight. There is a slight to enhanced
risk for strong to severe storms. All severe weather hazards will be
possible including damaging winds, large hail, and a few tornadoes.
The greater severe weather potential will be over the western basin
of Lake Erie with the enhanced risk. The rest of Lake Erie is in a
slight risk.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central Ohio, northeast
Ohio, northwest Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
Thunderstorms are likely to move from west to east across the region
Wednesday evening into the overnight. There is a slight to enhanced
risk for strong to severe storms. All severe weather hazards will be
possible including damaging winds, large hail, and a few tornadoes.
The greater severe potential will be over the western basin of Lake
Erie with an enhanced risk. The rest of Lake Erie is in a slight
risk.
Several rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall will impact the region
starting Wednesday evening through Saturday night. Confidence is
increasing in a elevated river flooding event, particularly along and
west of the I-77 corridor. The greatest flash flooding risk appears
to be Wednesday evening and overnight, generally along and west of
the I- 77 corridor. There may also be a flash flood threat with a
round of heavy rainfall Friday night for areas south of Highway 30.

A cold front will approach the Ohio Valley Wednesday night, and
could stall in or near the region into the weekend. Severe
thunderstorms are possible both Wednesday and Thursday. Damaging
wind will be the primary threat, although hail and a tornado or two
cannot be ruled out.
The stalled front will also provide a threat of heavy rainfall from
Wednesday night into the upcoming weekend, which could result in
flooding.

Saginaw Bay to Port Huron. A Gale Watch is also in effect for tonight

A Gale Watch is in effect through Wednesday evening caused by a
strong low pressure system across the Midwest. This system will also
bring a conditional threat of severe weather Wednesday afternoon and
evening. The main threats will be damaging winds. A tornado threat
also exists.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern Indiana, southwest
Michigan and northwest Ohio.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Showers and thunderstorms will become likely late tonight into early
Wednesday morning. Severe weather is not expected at this time, but
some locally heavy rainfall and small hail are possible, especially
across far northern Indiana into southern Lower Michigan.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
There is an Enhanced Risk of severe thunderstorms Wednesday
from mid afternoon Wednesday into the early overnight hours Wednesday
night. There is a risk of all severe weather hazards including
damaging wind gusts, large hail, and isolated tornadoes. In addition,
some heavy rainfall is possible Wednesday night that could lead to
some flooding. The greatest threat of flooding is east of Interstate
69.
Additional rounds of rainfall are possible from late Friday into the
weekend. This additional rainfall could lead to some areal flooding
concerns across portions of northeast Indiana into northwest Ohio.
