* WHAT...West winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 30 knots and
  waves 1 to 2 feet expected on Lake Moultrie.

* WHERE...Lake Moultrie.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 5 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will
  create hazardous conditions for small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters on Lake Moultrie should use extra caution since strong winds
and rough waves can overturn small craft.
