* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations up to two
inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 to 55 mph.
* WHERE...Carter and Fallon.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Expect difficult travel conditions at times. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Roadways and
sidewalks may become slick. The hazardous conditions will impact
the Tuesday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will transition to all snow
tonight. The strongest winds are expected to occur over Carter
County.
