* WHAT...West to northwest winds around 35 mph with gusts up to 55
  mph expected.

* WHERE...Much of western and parts of south central North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM CST /10 AM MST/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Objects left unsecured outside will be blown around.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds with falling snow could
  significantly reduce visibility at times.
