* WHERE...All areas north and east of the Missouri River.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions will gradually improve from west
  to east tonight through Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must go outside, be sure to dress in layers, covering all

* WHEN...Until 10 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
