Convective snow showers will be possible, mainly in eastern Vermont
this afternoon. A few snow showers could produce locally moderate to
heavy snow with wind gusts up to 30 mph.

Brief heavy snow showers or squalls will continue this afternoon.
These may bring about low visibility and gusty winds. Light
accumulations may make roadways slick, and holiday travel could be
impacted.

Wet roadways from snowfall could then become slick this evening and
tonight as temperatures fall below freezing.

There is a signal for the first widespread snowfall of the season on
Tuesday.
