* WHAT...South to southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50
  mph expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Cameron, Coastal Kenedy, Coastal Willacy, Inland
  Cameron, Inland Kenedy, Inland Willacy, and Southern Hidalgo
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 9 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
