NIGHT...

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas
  7 to 12 ft expected.

* WHERE...Gulf waters between the mouth of the Rio Grande and
  Baffin Bay from 0 to 60 nm.

* WHEN...From 9 AM Sunday to midnight CST Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to
  25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots expected. For the Gale
  Warning, north winds 25 to 30 knots with gusts up to 40 knots
  and seas 8 to 13 feet expected. For the second Small Craft
  Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 knots and seas 7 to 12 feet
  expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Baffin Bay to Port Aransas out 20
  NM, Coastal waters from Port Aransas to Matagorda Ship Channel
  out 20 NM, Waters from Baffin Bay to Port Aransas from 20 to
  60 NM and Waters from Port Aransas to Matagorda Ship Channel
  from 20 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM to 8 AM
  CST this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM this morning
  to 8 AM CST Monday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from
  8 AM to 6 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gale force winds and high seas will result in
  dangerous marine conditions which could result in capsized or
  damaged vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.

  Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM Sunday to 6 AM CST
  Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds and seas will come down gradually
  after gale conditions come to an end. Anticipate small craft
  advisories to account for this as gales begin to wane.
