  thunderstorms will rapidly track across the region from west to
  east this evening. Winds will quickly shift to the west and
  strengthen. While the strongest winds will likely only last for a
  few hours tonight, these winds could result in downed tree limbs
  and scattered power outages. Breezy conditions continue tomorrow
  morning before gradually decreasing in the afternoon.
