...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CDT TUESDAY...
...EXTREME HEAT WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH
LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 112. For the
  Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions with heat index
  values up to 112 possible.

* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi and West Tennessee.

* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory and second Heat Advisory, until
  6 AM CDT Tuesday. For the Extreme Heat Watch, from Tuesday morning
  through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high
  humidity may cause heat illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.

  Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with heat index
  values up to 112 expected. For the Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously
  hot conditions with heat index values up to 115 possible.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast
  Missouri, and West Tennessee.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until noon CDT Monday. For the
  Extreme Heat Warning, from noon Monday to 6 AM CDT Tuesday. For
  the Extreme Heat Watch, from Tuesday morning through late
  Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high
  humidity may cause heat illnesses.
