...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
  accumulations around 6 inches or more and ice accumulations around
  one tenth of an inch possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph
  Tuesday and again during the day Wednesday.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast South Dakota.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow in
  falling snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning through Wednesday
  morning commutes.
