Northern Lower Michigan.

Smoke and haze today has prompted an Air Quality Alert for most of
MI. It is recommended that, when possible, you avoid strenuous
outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory
diseases such as asthma.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

poor air quality and locally reduced visibilities today. Please refer
to the latest Air Quality Advisory for additional details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

An Air Quality Advisory remains in effect through noon on Monday.

Thunderstorms will be possible at times Tuesday afternoon through
Wednesday.

A Marginal Risk (category 1 of 5) of severe thunderstorms is in
place for the western UP this evening. Isolated storms could
produce wind gusts to 60 mph and 1+ inch hail from 8 PM to
midnight (5-14%).

Wildfire smoke from Canada will be over the area through at least
tonight resulting in air quality concerns and reduced visibility.
