Vermont, northeast Vermont, northwest Vermont and southern Vermont.

A strong storm system will bring widespread rain and gusty winds to
the region Thursday night into Friday. A cold front will change rain
back over to snow during the day Friday, with winds remaining gusty
into Friday night. Modest river rises are possible, though flooding
is not anticipated. Travel may be impacted, especially on Friday due
to snow and a potential flash freeze. Please stay tuned for later
updates on this impactful system.
