Lake effect snow is likely late Wednesday night through Thanksgiving
Day and Friday. Difficult travel may develop, including changeable
driving conditions with areas of very low visibility and snow-
covered roadways, and if heavy snowfall occurs gusty winds could lead
to localized power outages.
