North Carolina, central Virginia, east central Virginia, eastern
Virginia, north central Virginia, south central Virginia and
southeast Virginia.

Gusty west northwest winds are expected today with gusts up to 25-35
mph. This will allow for cold wind chills through the day not
reaching above the 30s. Cold tonight with lows in the upper teens to
lower 20s inland and upper 20s to lower 30s along the coast.

There is a slight winter storm threat due to a possible mix of
snow and freezing rain Sunday morning. If the threat
materializes, there may be travel disruptions.
