Periods of locally heavy rain are possible on Sunday into Monday
as the remnants of Tropical Storm Chantal move northeastward through
the area. This could result in localized flooding of low-lying and
poor drainage areas. There is also a very limited risk of an isolated
tornado.

In addition, high temperatures in the lower to mid 90s on Tuesday
combined with a very humid airmass will result in afternoon heat
index values of 100 to 105.
