* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Municipality of Skagway.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM AKDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest wind speeds expected between late
  morning to early afternoon. Highest gusts so far today have been
  around 45 mph.
