MORNING...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Ketchikan Gateway Borough.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST this morning.

* IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects and
  may damage property and cause power outages. Wet soils and
  high winds will bring trees down. Travel will be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High confidence in wind gusts of 60- 70
  mph. Wind gusts will be significantly higher at areas of
  elevation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People are urged to secure vessels and loose objects that could
be blown around or damaged by the wind.
