This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms are
expected today. Showers and storms will initially develop along
the mountains during the early afternoon hours, before pushing
across the valleys through the early evening hours. The highest
concerns with any stronger storms today will be lightning, outflow
winds of 40-50 mph, small hail, and brief periods of heavy rain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Scattered afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms are
expected everyday over the mountains with more isolated activity
over the plains. The primary concerns will be wind gusts to 40 to
50 mph, locally heavy rainfall and cloud to ground lightning. The
overall highest chance for more organized heavy rain over the
mountains will occur on Thursday.

Weather conditions that meet reporting criteria for spotters will
be possible over portions of the region.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Increasing tropical moisture will lead to more widespread showers and
thunderstorms today. These will be capable of producing frequent
lightning and outflow winds gusting 40-50 mph. Additionally, slow
storm motions and a saturated atmosphere will lead to an increased
heavy rain threat, as well as localized flash flooding concerns in
prone areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Moisture peaks Thursday, with an increased risk of heavy rain and
flash flooding. Drier conditions return for Friday into the weekend,
with a gradual warming trend returning temperatures to near or above
normal by Monday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to relay rainfall amounts or any observed
flooding to the National Weather Service in Grand Junction.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Tonight and Wednesday.

Low chances for thunderstorms tonight will exist mainly for the
southern Texas Panhandle with better chances following Wednesday
afternoon. At this time, main concern remains on heavy rainfall
with sub-severe straight line wind gusts possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Monday.

Continuous chances at showers and thunderstorms remain present
Thursday and through the holiday weekend. Primary concern remains
on the potential for very heavy rainfall that could lead to
flooding.
