   PHZ105-032230-  505 AM HST Thu Sep 3 2026    .Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...    Surface high pressure will remain far N of the waters through the  forecast period. At 500 AM HST Hurricane Lowell was centered at  13.5N 157W and moving W at 9 kts. Lowell will continue W as the  center of the cyclone passes just south of offshore waters. Lowell  is expected to curve towards the north Sunday into early next  week with Hurricane conditions possible Sunday night into Monday  over the SW and W offshore waters.
