.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
High pressure will remain in place far NE of the area through the
forecast period. A developing kona storm will start to impact the
waters early this week and by Friday S to SW winds will increase
over the W half of the offshore waters. This storm will make for
rough seas, heavy rain, and chances for thunderstorms.
