Strong high pressure far N of Hawaii will drift W through Sunday
and gradually weaken far NW of the area Monday and Tuesday.
Hurricane Fausto is centered near 19.1N 136.5W and is moving W at
12 kt. Fausto will weaken to a tropical storm before entering the
eastern offshore waters late Monday or Tuesday and will traverse
westward across the northern offshore waters through Wednesday.
