.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
Surface high pressure will remain far N of the waters through the
forecast period. At 500 PM, Hurricane Lowell was centered at
15.9N 163.5W and moving N at 8 kts. Hurricane conditions to the W
offshore waters are expected tonight into Tuesday. Tropical Storm
Karina will gradually weaken and remain NE of the offshore
waters.
