.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
High pressure N of Hawaii will remain nearly stationary through
the forecast period. As of 29/0300Z, Tropical Storm Fausto is
centered near 23.0N 153.4W and is moving WNW at 10 kt while
rapidly weakening. Fausto will move W across the NE offshore
waters tonight, before becoming a remnant low over the north
central waters on Wednesday. Easterly trades return thereafter.
