A brief EF0 tornado touched down near the intersection of CR

down, a large tree was uprooted, damaging an awning on a
residential porch. The tornado quickly began to weaken after its
initial touchdown, but not before ripping some metal roofing off
a barn and blowing a few shingles off the roof of Trailer`s
Chapel General Baptist Church along CR 321. The tornado also
caused minor tree damage along CR 328, lifting after crossing
Highway 139. This survey was assisted by law enforcement camera
footage.

.Piggott, AR Wind Damage...

Survey teams found substantial wind damage to trees and a few
structures in the community of Piggott. Tree damage was relatively
widespread with numerous uprooted and downed trees. Minor
structural damage and a few downed utility lines were noted as
well. The damage swath was approximately one mile wide, mainly
affecting the northern side of town, with trees and debris blown
to the southeast, consistent with an intense rear flank downdraft.
Maximum wind speeds were estimated around 80 mph.

.Steele, MO Wind Damage...

A survey team found the damage to Central Elementary School in
Steele, MO, to be associated with straight-line winds. A
significant portion of the roof to one of the school buildings was
removed and blown to the east. Numerous small branches and
several larger tree limbs were downed adjacent to the school and
nearby park. Damage patterns and a review of security footage were
consistent with straight-line wind damage, likely associated with
a microburst. No additional damage was noted in the area. Maximum
estimated wind speeds were 80 mph.
