and dry conditions Sunday through Tuesday. Afternoon humidities
drop into the single digits combined with poor humidity recoveries
east of Susanville tonight. Expect light mainly terrain-driven
winds through tonight, followed by typical afternoon southwest-
west breezes gusting to 25 mph starting Sunday.
