Warning for the following rivers in Illinois...

  Little Wabash River at Carmi.

.Recent heavy rain will cause the Little Wabash River at Carmi to
flood.

For the Little Wabash River...including Carmi...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little Wabash River at Carmi.

* WHEN...From Monday evening to Sunday, March 15.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, The inundation of county roads begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow evening to a crest of 28.6 feet Thursday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday, March
    15.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
