River...

For the San Saba River at Menard:
* At 205 PM CDT Sunday the observed stage was 3.15 feet.
* Action Stage:   8.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:    18.0 feet.
* Forecast: The San Saba River at Menard is expected to rise to 6.2
  feet this evening, before falling. It is no longer expected to
  reach its action stage.

rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
