For the Guadalupe River at Victoria.
* At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 4.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
* Caution stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast:  The river is expected to rise above caution stage
  Wednesday and eventually crest at 16.6 feet by Friday.
