...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph.

* WHERE...Barton, Ellsworth, Lincoln, and Russell Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Very strong
  winds could cause extensive tree damage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
