Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
1125 AM CDT Sun Mar 16 2025

A mix of clouds and sun prevailed across the forecast area late
this morning as low pressure influenced us from the east. A low
stratus deck persisted across the eastern half of the state, with
light snow ongoing anywhere there was cloud cover. Northwest
winds gusting to 35 mph were reported in far northeast Wisconsin.
11 AM temperatures ranged from the upper teens in the far north
to the low 30s in central Wisconsin.

Temperatures will be cooler today than the past several days,
with highs only reaching into the low 30s to low 40s across the
area. Light snow will continue to taper off through the early
afternoon, leaving clearing skies in its wake through the evening.

Next chances for widespread precipitation return Tuesday
evening, with a mix of rain and snow likely. Exact snowfall
amounts will depend on the track of the system, although
confidence is increasing in most of the area receiving at least
moderate wintry impacts. Be sure to stay tuned to the latest
forecast as additional details come into focus in the coming days.
