Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure will
track E and NE across the waters through the evening, and will
then move inland over Washington late tonight. A second
strengthening low pressure area will move NE across the Oregon
waters Sat and then will pass inland near Cape Lookout Sat night.
The associated cold front will stall just SE of the region Sat
night into Sun. Yet another area of low pressure will approach
the S waters Sun, move across or just S of the region Sun night
before moving inland near Point Saint George early Mon. A low
pressure trough will move E across the waters Mon followed by a
high pressure ridge building towards the waters Mon night. The
ridge will move SE across the area Tue and will shift S of the
waters Tue night. A cold front will approach the area from the W
Tue night, and move E across the waters Wed. Another high
pressure ridge will rapidly pass E over the waters Wed night.
