.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A low 70 miles S of Yakutat will continue to weaken and drift
west Tue night. Outflow winds that have slightly weakened will
gradually restrengthen across the north through Wed and will
then continue and strengthen further into late week.
