...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...High temperatures up to 95 to 110 expected. Overnight low
  temperatures in the upper 60s to around 80. Widespread Moderate
  HeatRisk with areas of Major HeatRisk.

* WHERE...Burney Basin / Eastern Shasta County, Northern and Central
  Sacramento Valley, Mountains Southwestern Shasta County to Western
  Colusa County, Northeast Foothills/Sacramento Valley, Shasta Lake
  Area / Northern Shasta County, and Western Plumas County/Lassen
  Park.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  heat events, particularly for those working or participating in
  outdoor activities.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors, especially those
more susceptible to heat impacts.
