* WHAT...Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  expected. Isolated thunderstorms may cause brief wind gusts to 80
  mph.

* WHERE...Eddy, Barnes, Griggs, Ransom, and Sargent Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Scattered power outages are may occur. Travel will be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
