* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Genesee, Huron, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland,
  Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, and Tuscola Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make driving conditions hazardous.
  Temperatures are also near freezing which could lead to pockets of
  slick road conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
