* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with with widespread gusts up
  to 60 mph. Gusts to 70 mph are likely across higher terrain.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Idaho and southeast Oregon.

* WHEN...From 10 AM MDT /9 AM PDT/ this morning to 9 PM MDT /8 PM
  PDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

  expected.

* WHERE...Southern Twin Falls County, Western Magic Valley, and
  Upper Treasure Valley. In the Snake Plain the strongest winds will
  be south of Interstate 84.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
