...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM SUNDAY TO 3 PM AKST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 68 below expected.

* WHERE...South Slopes Of The Eastern Brooks Range.

* WHEN...From 9 PM Sunday to 3 PM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 70 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
  Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
