SATURDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Gale Warning, seas 13 to 18 ft at 13
  seconds and west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. For
  the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 13
  to 18 ft at 13 seconds and southwest winds 20 to 25 kt with
  gusts up to 35 kt expected. For the second Gale Warning, seas
  12 to 14 ft at 12 seconds and south winds 20 to 30 kt with
  gusts up to 40 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR
  out 10 NM, Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR
  out 10 NM, Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR from
  10 to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR
  from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 5 AM PDT Saturday. Hazardous Seas
  Warning, from 5 AM to 5 PM PDT Saturday. Gale Warning, from 5
  PM to 11 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  13 to 18 ft at 14 seconds and southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with
  gusts up to 35 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM PDT Saturday.
  Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 AM to 11 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

  expected. Seas 12 to 16 ft subsiding to 11 to 12 ft Sunday
  morning. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and
  hazardous seas 12 to 17 ft at 13 seconds and southwest winds 20
  to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM PDT Saturday.
  Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 AM to 11 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.98 kt at 613 AM Saturday.
  Seas 12 to 16 ft. Ebb current of 4.6 kt at 623 PM Saturday.
  Seas 11 to 12 ft.
